Octavo Anual Rompiendo Estigmas

El Equipo de Acción de la Iniciativa Latina de United Way Broward invita a la comunidad al 8.º Rompiendo Estigmas, un evento gratuito en español dedicado a romper los estigmas relacionados con la salud mental y fomentar conversaciones abiertas y significativas sobre el bienestar personal y familiar.

El evento contará con la participación de Luz María Doria como oradora principal, además de invitados especiales que compartirán perspectivas, herramientas prácticas y mensajes inspiradores para ayudar a los asistentes a priorizar su bienestar, enfrentar desafíos y seguir adelante con propósito.

Los asistentes también tendrán la oportunidad de conocer recursos útiles y obtener información para apoyar su bienestar y el de sus seres queridos. Se proporcionará almuerzo.

8th Annual Rompiendo Estigmas

United Way Broward’s Latino Initiative Action Team invites you to the 8th Annual Rompiendo Estigmas, a free Spanish-language event dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging open, meaningful conversations about personal and family well-being.

The event will feature Luz María Doria as the main speaker, along with special guests who will share insights, practical tools, and inspiring perspectives to help attendees prioritize their well-being, navigate challenges, and move forward with purpose.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to discover helpful resources and information to support their well-being and that of their loved ones. Lunch will be provided.
